This audio program will teach you essential skills related to mindfulness-based stress reduction. About 12 minutes in length with a gentle musical background, you will be guided through several processes that will enable you to put some distance between you and any less than perfectly comfortable sensations of mind and body. It is suggested you use it for 5 consecutive days initially and then as needed afterward. Use in a safe, comfortable distraction-free environment, never while driving or during any other activity requiring your full waking attention.
